1) Scope & Audience (USA-Only)

9.1 “Free Sticker” Promotion (USA)

  • Eligibility: individuals 18+ with a valid U.S. mailing address (50 states or DC).
  • Limit: 1 sticker per household/address. Duplicate/repeat submissions may be rejected. Automated/bot entries are not accepted.
  • Process: submit your email → receive a confirmation link valid for 48 hours → via the link, provide/confirm your U.S. mailing address.
  • Mailing: typically within 5–7 days after confirmation via USPS First Class Mail in a standard envelope (color/weight may vary), no tracking. Delivery times are controlled by USPS.
  • Delivery Risk: after handoff to USPS, the risk of delay/loss is with the postal service. At our discretion, we may offer a one-time reshipment; this is not an obligation.
  • Address Verification: we may verify addresses against USPS and/or third-party databases and decline incorrect/incomplete addresses.
  • Returns/Exchanges: free stickers are not returnable, not exchangeable, and not refundable under any circumstances. Once received, you may dispose of or use the sticker as you wish.
  • Availability & Changes: while supplies last and/or until discontinued. We may limit quantities, substitute the design with a similar theme, and modify or end the promotion at any time without notice.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (i) USPS delays/losses; (ii) technical failures (email/forms/site); (iii) user-provided data errors; (iv) third-party content/services on external sites. Our aggregate liability is limited to a reasonable remedy (e.g., a one-time reshipment of a promo item) or termination of participation.

11) External Links

The Site may link to third-party sites/services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use at your own risk and review their terms.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the courts of Mecklenburg County, NC.

13) Changes to This Document

We may update this document; the effective date appears at the top. Your continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
